The leadership of the All Progressives Congress in South West of Nigeria has congratulated Senator Robert Ajayi Boroffice on his appointment as Deputy Senate Leader.
According to a statement made available to newsmen by the Zonal Publicity Secretary of the party, Karounwi Oladapo, in Ado Ekiti, the party commended the APC senate Caucus for accepting the candidature of Boroffice as a fit and proper person to occupy the exalted position of the Senate Deputy leader.
Senator Ajayi Borroffice represents Ondo North in the Senate and is one the highest ranking senator from the South West the other been Senator Oluremi Tinubu of Lagos Central.
Since the Senate Deputy leader was the office zoned to the South West, the party assured Senator Borroffice of its backing and unflinching support in the discharge of his responsibilities.
