Mallam Abba Kyari, the former chief of staff to Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari has been burried at Gudu Cemetery in Abuja.
National Infinity reports that Mallam Kyari died in the late hours of Friday after 24 days of battling coronavirus.
The 81yr old technocrat and top government functionary was born on Nov. 17, 1938.
In March, he tested positive to the coronavirus after a trip to Germany and was reported to have travelled to Lagos for treatment.
He recently issued a statement expressing hope to be back at his desk soonest until the Presidency, in a statement issued by Mr Femi Adesina, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity announced his death,
