Barely 24 hours after a twitter user predicted that bomb explosions are going to occur in Lagos and Abuja, twin bomb explosions have been reported in the nations capital city Abuja.
The man who goes by the twitter handle @chimaokoro63 had tweeted on October 1, the day Nigeria was celebrating its 55 year anniversary, that bomb explosions are going to occur in Abuja and Lagos.
He also stated in the tweet that the Boko Haram insurgents group are going to attack and kill the police, army and navy.
It does appear that his prediction is now coming to pass as two explosion was said to have rocked Kuje, a suburb of the Federal Capital Territory killing an unspecified bumber of people.
The first one was said to have gone off at the Police Station near First Bank and another one was said to have gone off just few minutes after the first in another location
What is even more curious tweet by Chima Okoro was that the tweet predicting the bomb explosions was repeated in his handle 28 times.
Same guy is said to have posted the same message on his facebook was several times on the same October 1.
A screen shot of the twitter and facebook posts made by the guy are attached below:
Nigerians are now wondering and asking what could be the connection of his tweets with the Abuja explosions.
Update
A Twitter user, Chima Okoro, who predicted the attacks in Abuja on Friday on the social networking site, has deactivated his account.

In the profile picture of the twitter account, which was captured by other users before the user deactivated it, a young man of dark complexion is seen slouching in a room with cream-coloured walls, dressed in a red T-shirt, while holding up a mobile phone in his left hand and smiling to the camera.
