We regret to announce the death of our colleague, Mr. Victor Dada Eriye whose sad event occurred today, Wednesday, February 18th, 2015 due to cardiac arrest occasioned by complications from severe burns from a domestic accident.
Mr. Eriye was the Publisher of the wave making Bravo Weekly, one of Nigeria’s leading celebrity magazine. He hailed from Delta State.
The erudite journalist was the ex-Editor of the popular City People magazine and he was one of the vibrant writers and society encyclopaedia at the moribund Fame Weekly before he proceeded to the News Of The People where he worked as Editor. He later floated his own title, Bravo Weekly which he managed until his death.
Burial arrangements, as released by the family will be announced later.
