Bishop Mathew Hassan Kukah’s junior brother, Yohanna Kukah, the Paramount ruler of Ikulu in Zangon Katag local government of Kaduna State, has been kidnapped alongside one of his guards by unknown gunmen.
A source at the palace who pleaded for anonymity remarked that gunmen stormed the palace of the traditional ruler at about 9:00 pm and asked him to come out of the house.
It was learnt that one of the guards at the palace who was said to have stepped in to prevent the gunmen from taking the traditional ruler away, was also kidnapped by the gunmen.
The duo were later drove out of the palace in a waiting car to an unknown destination
