Speaker Gbajabiamila Celebrates Mutiu Are at 61

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rep. Femi Gbajabiamila has rejoiced with a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State, Alhaji Mutiu Are, as he marks his 61st birthday anniversary.
Gbajabiamila said the APC family, especially in Lagos State, is proud of Alhaji Mutiu Are for his contributions to the success and stability of the party over the years.
In a congratulatory message by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Lanre Lasisi, the Speaker said Are remains a role model to upcoming politicians in Lagos State and the country as a whole.
While extolling the good leadership qualities of the APC chieftain, who is the board chairman of the National Institute for Freshwater Fisheries Research, New Bussa, Niger State, Gbajabiamila identified with Are’s achievements in shaping governance and public service.
“Alhaji Mutiu Are is one politician that has done a lot for the progress of our great party, the APC. He comes across as a dedicated and loyal party man, whose footprints are everywhere in Lagos for all to see.
“It was in recognition of his contributions to the party that he was made the secretary of the Governor’s Advisory Council, the highest advisory organ of the APC in Lagos State, with Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as Chairman.
“I am particularly proud of Alhaji Mutiu Are for all that he has done to the party, and I know every member of the APC family in Lagos State and the nation at large is proud of him.
“As he marks his 61st birthday, I pray the Almighty Allah will continue to grant him good health and wisdom to serve the people diligently as always,” the Speaker said.
