The immediate and political family of the Late Senator Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke, have turned down a deal brokered by Senate President, Bukola Saraki, to forge a political alignment with Sen. Iyiola Omisore, saying they can not work with a man that ridiculed and push their patriarch out of PDP.
Though Senator Iyiola Omisore has rejected the offer of working with the PDP as he told Saraki that he had a good fight and he is out of that race against the rumours of acceptance being peddled around town.
Addressing journalists at their Ede Country home this morning, the Secretary of Adeleke Political dynasty; Mrs Dupe Adeleke-Sanni said the family will find it difficult to work with Omisore who was the reason why our late brother left PDP to the APC before his death.
“I want to say that on behalf of the Adeleke family, we cannot work with Omisore for obvious reasons, He was the one who chased our loving brother out of the PDP to the APC before his eventual death, He left the PDP out of the high-level envious attitude towards the greatness of our family, if we can get to this level at the poll without him, we can win without him because if we court him now, Omisore knowing him for who he is, he will want to be taking all the glory that even belong to God, he will want to be in charge of all things, hence we as a family and in PDP cannot work with Omisore, thank you” Madam Sanni said.
According to her, their late brother will not forgive them if they dare work with Omisore going by what he did to him when alive.
She then urged Senator Saraki not be disappointed with the decision of the Adeleke family but to see reasons with them.
