Prof. Akin Abayomi, the Commissioner for Health in Lagos State has said that 13 new COVID-19 related deaths were recorded in the state within 24 hours. Prof Abayomi who disclosed this via his Twitter account on Friday, 15 January, 2021 said it was the highest daily fatality since the pandemic broke out in the state.
