Breaking: Hoodlums burn Ojodu Police Station

Rampaging hoodlums have set the Ojodu police station in Lagos state on fire. The station is located Ogunusi road by Grammar School junction. According to reports monitored on TheCable, the hoodlums overpowered security operatives before setting the station ablaze. The hoodlums had attempted to set the station ablaze on Wednesday but failed. According to an eyewitness to the incidence, the hoodlums also looted shops around the police station.

Video: Police, Army foil attempted jailbreak in Ikoyi

Policemen and soldiers have arrived at the Ikoyi Correctional Centre in a bid to foil an attempted jailbreak.
