Why Lai Mohammed asked NBC to stop BBN

Alhaji Lai Mohammed, Nigeria’s Minister of Information and Culture, has asked the National Broadcasting Commission to halt the transmission of TV reality show, Big Brother Naija due to the coronavirus pandemic. The minister said the need to stop the reality show, which entered its fifth season on July 20, became imperative due to the coronavirus pandemic. Max FM’s Popular ‘On Air Personality’, Emmanuella Porbeni Adepoju, who plays Iya Jogbo in a weekly afternoon belt popular radio programme, is dead. The management of the station reports that the lady who cast as an elderly, witty and funny mum to Wale, the husky voiced dude and his kid sister Tatafo (Dr. Helen Paul) died on Friday after a brief illness.

Apparently disturbed by the continuous malfunctioning of all digital banking platforms of First City Monument Bank (FCMB), its customers have come angrily on the bank. At the moment, the bank is faced with a monumental disaster as system breakdown has entered its fifth consecutive days.
