Roland Ewubare the Chief Operating Officer of Joint Ventures and Business Development at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, resigned from the firm mainly due to family pressures. Rotimi Akeredolu, the Ondo State Governor, has denied reports allegedly linking him with branded bottles of a popular whiskey as part of his campaign materials for his re-election for a second term.
