Ogun to enforce Face Masks in public as Abiodun eases lockdown

Prince Dapo Abiodun, the governor of Ogun State, has announced the eased of COVID-19 lockdown in the state except on weekends and the mandatory wear of facemasks in public. National Infinity reports that the Governor stated this on Thursday evening while addressing newsmen on the update of COVID-19 held at his Oke-Mosan office. President Muhammadu Buhari has written to the House of Representatives to request for the approval of fresh $5.513bn external borrowing. According to the letter read by Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, at the plenary on Thursday, Buhari said the funds were for 2020 budget deficit, financing of critical projects, and some states of the federation.
