NUC deletes Mass Comm from Nigerian universities

The National Universities Commission has phased out Mass Communication studies in Nigerian universities. The commission said it has unbundled Mass Communication into seven separate degree programmes to meet current demands. NUC Executive Secretary, Prof. Abubakar Rasheed, said this will take effect from the 2020 university admissions.
