Nigerian Navy decorates 16 new Rear Admirals

The Nigerian Navy on Thursday decorated (Shipping of stripes) 16 newly-promoted Rear Admirals with their new ranks. The Navy Board recently approved the promotion of 140 naval officers to the next ranks in the Nigerian Navy. The Oyo State Police Command, on Thursday, paraded 41 suspected criminals, among whom was 32-year-old Ibrahim Isiaka, who allegedly murdered his father by pushing him to death.
