Appeal Court upholds 4 APC federal lawmakers’ victories in Ekiti

The Court of Appeal sitting in Ado Ekiti has upheld the election of Sen. Olubunmi Adetumbi of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who won the Ekiti North Senatorial District seat. The News Agency of Nigeria, (NAN) reports that the three-man appellate court dismissed the appeal filed by Sen. Duro Faseyi of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
