EFCC arrests Aso Rock’s notorious suspected fraudster

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has arrested a suspected impersonator and fraudster, Abdulrauf Illyasu, for allegedly defrauding members of the public within the precincts of the Presidential Villa, Abuja. Illyasu was said to have secured an office opposite the presidential banquet hall, where he carried out his nefarious activities. A staff of Polaris Bank, Emmanuel Agbroko, has reportedly absconded with customers’ thrift savings. According to Umukoro Hendrix, the Divisional Police Office, Obiaruku town, headquarter of Ukwuani Local Government Area (LGA), Delta State, Nigeria, Emmanuel has been declared wanted over the alleged multi-million naira customer deposit fraud.
