Tambuwal flags off Nigeria’s largest school enrollment drive

Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has flagged off Nigeria’s largest school enrolment drive which targets 1.4 million new intakes in the next one year. The event, which took place at Riji village in Rabah LGA, was also used to officially the launch the State cash transfer scheme, the Nigerian Partnership for Education Project and the prototype early childhood development centres (ECD). Nigerians have expressed anger over the usage of Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, alias Evans, the alleged kidnap kingpin’s family picture where the wife and five children were seen crying after he was arrested, to depict education’s cry for help at the Federal Executive Councils’s retreat on Education.
